Capstan Ag Systems, a technology based company, specializes in creating new proprietary systems for the agricultural industry, particularly with chemical and fertilizer applications.  Headquartered in Topeka, KS, Capstan’s inventive process involves research, engineering design and lab and field testing often working in concert with other experts in the field.  Capstan maintains ties to strong agricultural departments in a number of universities around North America.

Capstan’s first product, Capstan Select, is a blended pulse spray control system for chemical applications.  Capstan Select, branded for Case IH Application Equipment as AIM Command, was introduced into the Midwest market in 1998.  AIM Command, a factory installed option on Case IH sprayers, is known across North America for its comprehensive impact on chemical spray quality, drift management, standard and variable rate applications and operator convenience.

Capstan introduced the SharpShooter, a retro-fit version of the Capstan Select or AIM Command, in March of 2006.  It dramatically enhances the performance of any brand of sprayer.
